4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. filbetph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. filbetph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. filbetph reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the filbetph cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable verification requirements. filbetph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.
4.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your filbetph account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. filbetph complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the filbetph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 General. filbetph may offer bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. filbetph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a Player's account.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game, filbetph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' accounts. filbetph's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. filbetph employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and will suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct.
6.4 Bet Limits. filbetph reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or Player account at its sole discretion.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, filbetph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Cap on Liability. filbetph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your filbetph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. filbetph is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other third-party services integrated into the platform.

11.1 By filbetph. filbetph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your filbetph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the filbetph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the filbetph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
